I want to send a reminder that to love yourself is the greatest challenge and the greatest gift.

Challenge because we have all been conditioned to believe that this is a selfish, egotistical thing to do. so we develop giving our love outside whilst forgetting ourselves and missing seeing how lovable we actually are.

Blessing because when love comes to yourself through the acknowledgement of who you are at your core, your values, integrity, uniqueness and beauty inside and out, then we all look at the world differently.

I understand it is a hard ask for so many to say 'love yourself' but a soft start is to acknowledge yourself, appreciate and stop judging and to come in to an acceptance that you are enough as you are.
