What’s one thing you wish you had automated earlier in your business?

I’ve been mapping out a new workflow and noticing how many moving parts can be streamlined with the right setup. I’ve got a few automations running already that made a massive difference, but I’m curious what others here consider the biggest “should’ve done this sooner” automation.
