🏘️Setter Screening Tomorrow (Saturday) 🏘️ - Real Estate Lending | Remote Canada/US ONLY
A boutique real estate lending firm specializing in investor loans for single-family homes and small multi-unit properties, is looking for an outbound setter to help them grow their book of business.
You'll be joining an established team of 5 outside, full cycle sales reps, as well as inside closers and setters.
💰$5k guarantee for the first 30 days, then $2500/mo base.
💸OTE of $8k after ramp, with movement into warm inbound setter and then closer if desired.
MUST HAVES:
👉US/CANADA based
👉6 months experience in setting or in an outbound sales role
👉 Desire to move up in the company to a closer
🗓️Screening call is tomorrow, Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 8:30 AM EST
🗓️Group Interview is Monday, July 20, 2026 at 4 PM EST
