✅There is a validated funnel already in place—marketing, lead gen, and admin systems are established.

✅Your job is to take full ownership of outreach, follow-up, and conversion to get qualified patients to show up for their paid surgical consults.

✅You'll be the point person making sure leads are contacted quickly, nurtured professionally, and consistently moved from “interested” to “scheduled + showed.”
