👀In operation for 12+ years with a 35+ person team, this marketing agency's core mission is helping entrepreneurs and other agencies grow with proven marketing systems and tools.

👀They’re now scaling a B2B offer centered around a done-for-you “AI Content Engine” that keeps businesses consistently visible online (blog/social/video) to build authority, improve Google visibility, and drive engagement.

🔥The Role: This is a new setter role being added to support paid traffic + webinar funnel growth (moving leads from Attended → Booked). You’ll be the first touchpoint after a prospect engages—qualifying business owners, handling high-level pushback, and booking qualified sales appointments for the team.

🚫This is not a telemarketing role. You’ll be helping people who have attended a webinar and are following up to get on a closers calendar to enroll in the offer.

💲Offer Price Point: Core offer is $1500 - $6k

💰Earning Potential: Min OTE at KPI's is $6k - $7k/mo - There is a $2500/mo base.

➡️MUST HAVES:

✅ Live in US or Canada

✅ AT LEAST 3 months experience setting in a B2B offer

✅ Be eager to make dials and set calls

✅ Marketing knowledge is a plus

✅ Able to speak with blue collar business owners is also a plus
