Hiring Setters & Closers for Our SMMA (Janitorial & Commercial Cleaning Niche)

We are expanding our sales team and looking for driven Setters and Closers who want to grow quickly in a high-performance environment.

Setters:

We provide all leads, a dialer, scripts, and proven frameworks. You will also receive 1:1 support and have a clear path to progress into a closer role.

Closers:

Closers have the opportunity to build and manage their own team of setters, gain leadership experience, and work with people who help them perform at their best.

Requirements:

You must hit KPIs consistently, attend scheduled meetings, maintain a strong internet connection, and manage your pipeline with high attention to detail.

Compensation:

You earn commission on retainers ranging from $1k to $6k, and you continue receiving commission for as long as the client stays with us.
