- Day 1 — Build Your Model. Create your first model with locked character consistency. (Generations done on Dirty Bunny)
- Day 2 — Make It Move. Image-to-video and motion control so your model moves naturally and stays on model every frame.
- Day 3 — 18+ Images. The adult image workflow and how to work around platform moderation.
- Day 4 — 18+ Video + Homework. You leave with homework so you've produced a real asset before Day 5.
- Day 5 — Sell It. The funnel, the posting strategy, and how to wire up Claude to run your ops, captions, and chat scripts so the money side runs itself.
You walk out with a built model, a finished asset, and the exact system to monetize it.
