Ever had a memory so clear… but it never actually happened?
Woke up this morning thinking about something so random I had to write it down... In 6th grade — I’m almost certain it was 1986 — I remember reading a story in a flimsy Scholastic newsletter about a couple who loved ESPN so much, they named their daughter Espen. I know I read it. I remember where I was sitting. I remember it being next to a story about laser music discs (those never really took off). So I went to look it up. And guess what? The name "Espn" wasn't even used until 2008 for boys… and 2015 for girls. 🤯 There’s no record of it before that. It’s like it never happened. But I remember it. Clearly. Visually. Emotionally. So now I’m wondering…Is this a Mandela Effect? A glitch? Or just the weird way memory works? What’s a moment, detail, or memory you swear happened — but no one else can confirm it? I would LOVE to hear your version of this. Let’s see how weird this gets.

Reclaiming My Body at 51 — and Why I’m Not Done Yet 💪
Just seven personal training sessions in — and I already feel the shift. Not because I look younger. Not because I’m chasing a number. But because I’m finally building strength before it slips away. At 51, I decided I wasn’t going to lose my muscle without a fight.I’m not here for the “get skinny” culture. I’m here for power — the kind that helps me hold my own, walk taller, and feel damn proud in my body. Because here’s what I’ve learned: Getting older doesn’t mean getting weaker. Not unless you let it. This isn’t a “transformation story.”It’s a reclamation. You don’t have to get old and crinkly — unless you want to. You power. Use it. I want to hear your story: - What have you reclaimed with age? - What are you starting now that people told you was “too late”?💬 Drop your win in the comments — big or small. This space is for strong people doing bold things.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS THIS WEEK
I hope everyone has had a great week! I completed worksheets for the actions of Key Point 1, Activities 1-4 and uploaded a complimentary PDF in the classroom for those activities in the menopause classroom. What have you been up to you this week? Any fun plans for your weekend?

I’m 51, 7 sessions deep, and still showing up!
I just finished my 7th personal training session. At 51. And if you think I’m saying that to brag — I’m not. I’m saying it because it would’ve been so easy to quit. To say “I’m too old,” or “it’s too late.” But I’m still here. Sweaty. Proud. Stronger than last week. Not because I have it all figured out… But because I promised myself: I’d keep showing up.

HOLIDAY WEEKEND
I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! What have you been working on? I am adding worksheets in my menopause course to compliment my workbook. They will all be in my deep group and I am giving some complimentary in my free group, too. Right now, I still have my deep group open to anyone for a few more weeks! If that is a topic that fits you,
