Welcome, friends. I’m Troy — and you’ve just stepped into a calmer corner of the world.
This community was created for teachers, sensitives, and anyone who needs a softer place to land. A place without hustle, pressure, or performance. A place where we can breathe, settle, and feel supported simply by being together.
Here, you don’t have to be “on.”
You don’t have to impress anyone.
You don’t have to hold space for the whole room.
You can just come as you are.
Inside this space, we’ll explore gentle grounding tools, mindful movement, breath practices, and soft conversations about how to feel safer in our bodies and more at home in our lives.
And twice a month, we gather for Teachers Coffee Talk — a quiet circle for honest reflection, connection, and the kind of community most teachers never get to have.
