I’m not here to sugarcoat your life.
I’m the friend that will say: “He did that to you? Fuck him off.".... "She did what - block and bye” ...."Stop being a pussy and go and do this" - Not because I’m harsh — but because I know your worth, even when you don’t and I know how to rewire and reset... I've done it many of times.
I’ve always been like this. Always chased more. Always wanted better. Not success for the sake of it…But because I wanted a life I don’t need a vacation from...one that lights me up.
I come from both sides. Council estate upbringing. A mum who worked harder than anyone in the room and still struggled. A dad who made it, gave us it all…
So I grew up thinking: 👉 Get the qualifications 👉 Get the titles 👉 That’s how you make money 👉 That’s how you become “successful and feel fulfilled”
But it wasn’t that.
What actually lit me up? Helping someone believe they can do something…And then seeing them actually follow through.
That’s my thing.
And yeah — I’m direct. Always have been..... People either love it or hate it. But I’m not going to go round the houses with you.
I don’t do BS. I don’t do excuses. And I definitely don’t do “I’ll try” energy. To put it simply, you can do whatever you put your mind to, it's just if you want it enough and are aware of your blocks.
If you’re someone who wants to sit in your story, complain, and not take action…This isn’t for you.
But if you’re the woman who:
- Sets big goals
- Feels that fire
- Then suddenly… shrinks
- Overthinks
- Self-sabotages
- Pulls back just as things start working
👉 Then this is for you because..... We’re not doing that anymore.....
Here's the truth no one’s told you:
You can train your mind all you want…But if your nervous system doesn’t feel safe to hold more —
👉 it will hit the brakes every single time.
That’s the part I figured out. Not overnight. Not easily.
I’ve done the self-development.The mindset work.The stay positive lingo... And yes — it works… to a point.
But your body?That’s your second mind. And if that isn’t on board, you will keep repeating the same cycles.
When I moved to Australia, I had to leave everything behind.... Control issues? Yeah, I had them. Still do. But I understand them now.
And control shows up in ways you wouldn’t even realise:
- Overthinking
- Perfectionism
- Not starting
- Not finishing
- Needing everything to feel “right” before you make a move
That’s what we’re going to unpack in here.

And let’s be real — life isn’t simple, it's fucking hard.
I’ve got adenomyosis and undiagnosed PMDD. That alone can take you out if you don’t understand it.
So I had to learn:
- My patterns
- My behaviours
- My energy
- My cycle
- My blocks
And how to work WITH it… not against it.
I’ve done single life. I’ve done relationships. I’ve built a life from nothing more than once.
I manifested my husband, my cars, my houses, my life .…But only after I learned detachment.
That’s the bit people skip.....
