Relief often begins when you stop trying to keep up.
One of the greatest gifts Human Design gave me wasn't more energy.
It was permission.
Permission to stop measuring myself against people whose rhythm was different from mine.
Nothing outside of me changed overnight.
But the way I related to myself did.
Sometimes that's where everything begins.
