✨ Why Protection & Grounding Are Important
Before you open your gifts…Before you channel…Before you tap into energy…
You must be grounded and protected.
Because when you’re not:
- You can absorb other people’s emotions or energy
- You can feel drained, overwhelmed, or anxious
- Your messages can become unclear or distorted
- You may open yourself up without energetic boundaries
✨ Protection keeps your energy sovereign
✨ Grounding keeps you stable, clear, and present
Think of it like this:
🛡️ Protection = your spiritual shield🌿 Grounding = your energetic anchor
Without both… you’re open and unrooted. With both… you are powerful, clear, and in control.

( Read this slowly, out loud or in your mind)
Close your eyes…Take a deep breath in… and release…
I call my energy back to me now…From all people, places, timelines, and dimensions…Cleansed, purified, and returned in its highest form.
I root myself deeply into the Earth…Feeling my energy anchoring into the ground beneath me…Safe… supported… and held.
I am present in my body.I am here.I am grounded.
Now, I call in divine protection.
I surround myself in a powerful shield of light…A barrier of pure, divine energy that only allows in what is aligned with love, truth, and my highest good.
Anything not meant for me…Any energy that is not mine…Is now blocked, removed, and returned to sender with light.
I stand in my power.I stand in my truth.I am protected.I am grounded.I am sovereign.
And so it is. ✨

Do this:✨ Before readings✨ Before meditation✨ Before going into crowds✨ Anytime you feel off, drained, or overwhelmed
Practice daily for 7 days and notice:
- How your energy feels
- How your intuition becomes clearer
- How you feel more in control of your space
