Air energy invites movement in the mind , but also reminds us to slow down enough to actually listen to ourselves.
But what are the elements? We are all four elements .But your birth date gives you a natural base energy, your foundation, strengths, and core rhythm. But we carry all the elements within us.
When we learn how to move with the elements and moon phases, life starts to feel less like pushing… and more like flowing. A more natural rhythm where your energy, growth, and plans can unfold with softness and intention 🤍
- Element energy is always around us, even when we don’t notice it. In the busyness of daily life, we often forget and slip back into old cycles without realizing it.
And that’s exactly why I created this community. A soft space where you can learn how to work with these energies in a simple, grounded way, in daily life. Because trust me, I was once a complete beginner too. I would love to share more about my journey, what I’ve learned, and help you gently reconnect with your own flow and also learn from your stories as well.
