So many of us were taught to hustle, grind, overextend, and push through misalignment just to survive. But alignment moves differently. It doesn’t rush. It doesn’t beg. It doesn’t force.
Alignment creates sustainability.
Alignment attracts the right people, not just more people.
Alignment opens doors that effort alone never could.
If you’re in a season where things feel slower, quieter, or more intentional than you expected, that doesn’t mean nothing is happening. It usually means something is being built correctly this time.
Sit with that.
