So which is it, and why? Or do they both exist but are used to mean something different, educate me !!
I tend to use the terms interchangeably….although I’m more likely to call it a warm down if it was “a bit of easy running and full stretches”, I think if its just “a bit of easy running”* post session I’m more likely to call it cool down.
*of course, I actually always stretch post activity after doing a bit of easy cool down running 😅😅😅
