Do you stop your watch?
Maybe a controversial topic, but when, if ever, do you stop your watch/tracker during a run?
At traffic lights?
Bathroom breaks?
Getting a snack or drink from a store?
Main reason I’m asking (but I’m curious to know the above) is do you stop your watch when you’re doing a loop-style run where you have to wait for the next loop to start, or do you just keep it going even though you’re not actually running?
Thoughts?
