Few months ago i listened to some podcasts with Jordan Peterson about Carnivore Diet. It is a 100% animal based diet. No veggies, sugar and carbs. I was a bit chubby at the time and i was and still am 35 years old. When i listened to the Podcasts i thought... I need to try this and get in shape before i hit 40 by then i wont have the energy and willpower like i have now.
This diet really changed the game for me, before i tried atkins diet, eat less or just eat "Healthier" food etc.. . None works for me.
Few weeks after with only eating meat. KGs dropped like crazy, my energy level is stable and higher then before. I felt like working out! So i started go to the gym same day and began lifting and some calistenics.
Just 2 months later i feel greater then ever. My body is getting in shape. My mind is clearer then ever. I guess that is why they say : Strong body, Strong Mind.
Now 5 / 6 months later since diet.. im still doing it but not as strictly as before i only added a bit of veggies and some carbs. It has become a life style and im thankful to myself that i did this.
