The Night I Decided My Box Truck Hustle Had to Change

Hey everyone glad to be part of the Box Truck Skool community.

A quick story about why I’m here: A few months ago, I was sitting in my truck late at night after a delivery, doing the math in my head for the hundredth time fuel, repairs, low-paying loads, and barely anything left over. I kept asking myself, How are some people making real money in this industry while the rest of us grind for scraps?

Then I realized something I didn’t want to admit: I wasn’t missing effort I was missing knowledge. I didn’t understand dispatching the way real pros do. I didn’t know how to negotiate better rates. I didn’t have a system. I was just hoping each load paid better.

That’s why I joined this group. What caught my eye wasn’t the hype it was the fact that this community actually teaches the stuff nobody talks about: smart dispatching, compliance, how to get consistent loads, how to market yourself, and how to build a box truck business that doesn’t drain you.

I’m ready to learn, level up, and start running things like a real business not a guessing game. Looking forward to connecting with you all, learning from those already crushing it, and sharing my wins along the way.
