CC Processing / Weekend Update

In about 2 hours we will hit out CC capacity for the month. Please see the announcement below:

Dear Researchers,

We wanted to share a quick update regarding payment options. As of Saturday, April 25, we’ve reached our credit card processing capacity for the month. Credit card payments will be available again starting May 1.

In the meantime, we’re pleased to offer several convenient alternative payment methods—many with added savings:

Zelle – Simply select Zelle at checkout, then complete the payment through your banking app.

ACH (via Link & Plaid) – A secure and efficient option. Once setup up, future checkouts are quick and seamless. (Please note: weekend transactions will settle on Monday.)

IDEM Pay – Supports debit cards, Cash App, and ACH. This is a newer option that many haven’t tried yet, but it’s a flexible and easy way to pay.

We truly appreciate your continued support and flexibility. Our team is actively working to expand credit card processing options and will keep you updated as soon as more become available.
