Hey RARE members!
A new episode of The Frankie D'Astoli Show is OUT NOW and it is a true Rosary and Real Estate episode because we talk about both Faith and Finance in this one.
The episode mainly focuses on our recent flip where although we profited nicely on it, we lost the opportunity at an additional big gain due to some mistakes which I outline in the video.
In the beginning however, I cover the importance of infant baptism and why it should be considered equally as important as a child's own birthday!
