Trauma has many forms. Some wounds come from loss. Others from betrayal, violence, abandonment, or seasons that changed you without your consent. And often, the pain stays longer than anyone else can see.
But Scripture reminds us that God does not move away from broken places. He moves closer. And in Jesus, we see the heart of God clearly. Jesus did not stand at a distance from suffering—He entered into it. He understands grief. He understands pain. And He remains near to those who are hurting.
If your heart feels fragile or your spirit feels worn down, His presence has not left you. Jesus is still with you—steady, patient, and gentle with your healing.
You are not weak for carrying pain. You are human. And you are not alone.
If this speaks to where you are, take a moment today to be still with Him. And if you need support on your healing journey, Nechamah Coaching is here to walk with you.
