ROOTED IN PURPOSE ACADEMY – NO REFUND POLICY
To protect the integrity of Rooted in Purpose Academy and ensure fairness to all members, the following No Refund Policy is strictly enforced:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once a member completes enrollment and payment is submitted, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Membership fees
- Program fees
- Digital products
- Courses, challenges, or trainings
2. Immediate Access Upon Enrollment
Upon successful registration, members receive immediate access to:
- Digital resources
- Community platforms
- Trainings and materials
- Because access is granted instantly, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.
3. Removal Does Not Qualify for a Refund
If a member is removed due to:
- Violation of community guidelines
- Misrepresentation
- Fraud
- Disruption or misconduct
- Non-compliance with Academy standards
This does NOT make them eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Participation Does Not Qualify for a Refund
Failure to:
- Log in
- Participate
- Complete assignments
- Attend lives or events
Does not qualify as grounds for a refund. Personal circumstances, loss of interest, or inactivity do not override this policy.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Any member who attempts a chargeback, payment dispute, or financial reversal after joining:
- Will have their access immediately terminated
- Will be permanently banned from all present and future programs
- May be subject to collection or legal action
6. Agreement to Terms
By joining Rooted in Purpose Academy, you confirm:
- You have read and understood this No Refund Policy
- You agree to these terms in full
- You accept full financial responsibility for your purchase
