Spaghetti with homemade meat sauce, sliced cucumbers, and strawberries.
Nothing fancy.
Nothing “perfect.”
Just food that fed my kids and didn’t drain me.
This is what balanced health looks like in real life:
  • one main everyone will eat
  • one veggie they might try
  • one familiar favorite
  • and me not stressing about it
If you’re a parent trying to “do better” with food, let this be your permission slip. Healthy doesn’t have to be complicated to count.
