START HERE: Welcome to the Journey.
Heyooo and welcome peeps!
This classroom is meant to help you connect your "bio-spiritual bridge"...
A place to learn and integrate tools and practices that strengthen and unlock our full biological potential and in turn, strengthen your connection to Nature, Self, and God.
Here you can learn how to clear the mental, physical, and spiritual static, turn your gifts fully online, and lead life from the heart AKA your truth.
Here is what to expect:
- Weekly (Premium)/Monthly (Free) Live Sessions: We’ll connect, learn, and grow together.
- Classroom for Integration: Tools & Practices to help you bridge the physical and spiritual in your daily life for wellness and expansion.
- A Focused Space: A group of magic peeps dedicated to learning how to create wellness and impact from a heart centered place.
We have 4 core agreements:
- The Container is Sacred: What is shared here, stays here.
- Filter Through the Heart: We don't react from the "Head" (fear/stories/ego). We respond from the "Heart" (truth/connection).
- Be a Participant: The magic happens when you engage. Lean in, try new things, and share your wins.
- Respect: We do not talk down to others. We are all on our own journeys and we respect where everyone is at.

To get the most out of this space right now, do these three things:
1. Mark Your Calendar: Head over to the Calendar tab and add the upcoming Live Sessions to your schedule so you don't miss the magic.
2. Start the Work: Go to the Classroom and watch "The Way to Heart Led Leadership Workshop." I recommend starting here because it lays the foundation...it breaks down exactly what I'm teaching, why it matters, and gives you the direct experience of leading from the heart as a bio-spiritual being.
3. Introduce Yourself: I want to know who is on the Journey with me. Comment below with:
- Who you are & where you’re planted (your location).
- Describe what your heart is craving right now.
