Live Heart Coherence Journey & Lecture
Our first group journey and lecture will be Sunday, January 11th @ 5pm - 6:30pm US Central Time (Add to calendar in the calendar tab).
This will be a heart coherence journey using shamanic practices and somatic healing tools.
We'll start off with a 30 - 45 minutes lecture covering my theory on Bio-Energetics and Bio-Spirituality and what you can do to start increasing your cellular voltage and creating more coherence in your physical body.
To prepare for class, watch these two short videos that explain heart coherence and bio-energetics.
