Turn a podcast into a Kindle book?

Do you have a streamlined process to take a bunch of content (eg. podcast transcripts, daily emails, video trainings) and turn it into a Kindle book?

Maybe some magic AI tool?

Or your own custom process?

I recently made an offer to a podcast owner to write and publish a book for him for free.

The deal was, I would do all the work — writing the book (using his podcast for starter content), publishing it on Amazon, even running ads to it — and use it to get people to his $2k offer on the back end.

I'd only get paid as an affiliate if this makes him sales.

He enthusiastically said yes.
