This month, we’re focusing on one of the MOST important fundamentals in skating: ✨ Picking Up Your Feet ✨ Whether you’re beginner, intermediate, or advanced — lifting your feet with intention helps with: ✅ Balance & stability ✅ Cleaner transitions ✅ Smoother combos ✅ More control on the floor 🔥 Tuesday/Thursday Intermediate Boot Camp is already in motion, and we’ll be drilling “feet up” technique every class this month. 🔥 Wednesday/Sunday Boot Camp starts TODAY, and we’re kicking things off strong with Day 1 focusing on proper foot pickup, weight shift, and confidence on wheels. 👉 Your task this week: Practice lifting each foot individually while rolling — slow, controlled, and intentional.
