December's bootcamp has been a challenge, but a good one. Picking up my feet, especially on my non-dominant side, and removing the fear and believing that I can actually do it.
Something that looks so simple can be so tricky. I'm learning that control is critical. If you master the power (control) of the move, you can actually remove fear, doubt, and a lack of confidence. Then, you can execute it. This video shows me working on controlling "wobble".
