Morning roll call (7/9/26)
1. Pick a wake up time and stick to it (+/- 15 minutes). No snoozing! This does wonders for your circadian rhythm.
2. Drink a big ol' glass of water with some electrolytes
3. Cold Shower (30-90 seconds, you can do it at the end of your regular shower if you need)
4. Journal your intentions for the day, 3 things you're grateful for, and 1-3 emotions you're feeling. No need to elaborate unless you want to, just take the time to explore.
5. Meditate or just sit in stillness for 5-10 minutes. Calm the storm that is our minds.
