When we practice, I’m standing for 50 to 60 minutes for the first set and 50 to 60 minutes for the second set. Being able to stand that long alone is a workout. So yes, fitness is apart of being a band member. Your Guitar or Bass adds a few pounds plus you’re yelling and screaming. It’s not easy if you can’t do it now you need to work on it just saying.
