I have two questions and would really appreciate your insights or suggestions:

How can we create content using AI tools (especially open-source or free ones) in a way that is very low-cost or budget-friendly? I'm looking for tools or workflows that are practical for individuals or small teams working with limited resources.
For those who don't have access to powerful computers, are there any recommended ways to still use open-source AI programs or models? For example, is there a good approach to run these models using free cloud services or through optimized lightweight setups?
