Poll Mondays: How are you using DMs?
DMs are a very important part of my onboarding process. The first impression is what counts the most. That's why I don't do scripted or automated welcomes, even if that takes me extra work. But I'll be trying to be more active in follow up DMs and Panda will give me a huge help at that!
If you have a pro community (90 usd more than the hoby), you get to automate your DMs. But for less than a third of the upgrade cost you get Panda, that has among several benefits a superior tool for auto DMs.
  • Slash Commands: Unlike the standard pro DM, you don't just send a DM when welcoming someone. You can send an automated DM whenever someone uses a term that you chose.
  • DM manager: FIlter DMs by payment tier, member level, activive/inactive, lead tags (that you configure), if they read your last message or not
  • DM automations: Send a personalised DM when a member joins, upgrades, downgrades, leaves, cancels, or has a declined card,
