Feeling uninspired?
[ROAST MY LESSON]
Sometimes we have the perfect time to work on our projects. No distractions, free time, all the resources necessary and lots of opportunities waiting for us.
But no ideas, no inspiration, no motivation. You just sit and nothing comes to you. You can't get anything done. And that can last for days, weeks or even months if you don't do anything about it.
What do I do when I face that? Do I passively wait for inspiration to come to me?
No, I go to places where people are asking for help and help them. Helping people solve their issues. That gives me inspiration on ways that I can help my followers and sudenly I'm full of inspiration for content, new projects and the next step I should take foward.
Where are those places?
- Skoolers is a great place if you're a community owner. Just go there and answer the posts from people who you think might benefit from your help. The more effort you put into helping with your comments, the more inspiration you get and the more material you have to repurpose for new content.
- Communities on similar niches to yours can also have lots of people who could use your help. Just go there and give helpful feedback.
- Reddit and Facebook are great places. Same as communities on Skool, you find groups of people who are in a similar niche to yours and be as helpful as possible.
- This exact group is also a great place for that. Here there are people asking for help on all sorts of different things, and by helping them you get insights on what people are strugling with in regards to their business. And that will give you a clear idea on the role you have in solving those problems. So go on the categories and find posts from people you can really help and that will prepare your mind to take your next step for today.
