BBQ Sundays: Vinagrete
Another BBQ side dish is vinagrete. A fresh, chunky vegetable salsa similar to pico de gallo. Instead of lime juice, it is made by tossing finely diced tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers in a simple dressing of olive oil, vinegar, and salt. You'll find meat in a stick with rice, vinagrete and farofa as sides at the cheapest bbq joints here
