Premium members can do CTAs to sell themselves as solutions to the problems they point while roasting.
They will also have me tagging them at posts that they can answer according to their expertize. So in that way you get notified when there is a good opportunity for you to roast someone and convince them to follow you, make a call with you or even hire a service you offer.
