I had one of those “okay… where is my money actually going?” moments.
I’ve been paying for tools monthly because it felt easier in the moment… but when I added EVERYTHING up (platforms, upgraded plans, AI tools, memberships, domains, random business expenses 😭)… I realized yearly plans save way more in the long run.
And reality check: I have an LLC I haven’t even fully used yet and now I still have to pay to keep it active instead of letting it dissolve 🥴
So I made a move:
✔️ Added up every business subscription
✔️ Created a YEARLY business budget
✔️ Started transferring money separately from my personal account
✔️ Treating my business like an actual business—not random expenses here and there
✔️ Building habits now that support future business credit
Monthly payments can feel cheaper… but yearly planning gives you clarity.
Even if you’re not making thousands yet—track the expenses NOW.
Your future self will thank you when tax season comes, when cash flow gets tighter, and when opportunities come up that require your business to already look organized.
