Connection.
Hey Sistas! Here we are creating a sisterhood where we can share our wisdom and walk along side one another to support and lift each other up. Here you will find Rituals to support you to turn inward and birth the next phase! When we take time to sit in Ritual we allow space for our bodies to speak to us, our nervous systems to realx and our minds to think more clearly. So lets clear the Fog and take charge with the tools we have.
