Where is your attention?
After a call I had today with it made me take a step back and look at where my focus was. Made me look deeper into where my attention was focused. After taking inventory of where my energy was going, I was able to clear my mind a bit and get clearer on my goals and intentions.
So, I ask you, do you know where all your energy is being sent?
Are you being intentional with your time?
Or are you spreading yourself too thin because you lack the patience to focus in one area at a time.
