Disconnect to reconnect
After a Call earlier this week with our brother, , I took time this weekend for myself: getting experiences I wanted, and some that were necessary for my well-being and beyond (including my spirituality).
So I want to share this as well with you, and remind you that you will need to " reset " at some point to move forward, too.
