The freedom you feel on the inside is contained inside a limited body. For many, this becomes a structure where they find themselves in a tighter and smaller space eventually held prisoner by their own beliefs.
Risen is for women who recognise this paradox and instead of shrinking to life in an attempt to deny their limited reality, they rise to strengthen themselves and those around them. Risen is for women who despite all that is going on around them, choose to expand. They look life in the eyes and with full awareness, they pick up their cross, their own share of suffering and they fix their eyes on their hope.
This is a call to courage.
This is for women who know they are different and they are willing to bear the consequences of that difference and let it do its deep work. This is for women who want to be known and want to know.
