If you’re here, you probably know what it feels like to hold yourself to impossible standards. To be “the strong one,” the achiever, the one who keeps it all together even when it costs you your peace, your rest, and sometimes your sense of self.
I'm also a recovering perfectionist and still struggle with avoidance because "its" not good enough...yet.
This space is for those of us practicing being more understanding of ourselves, even on the tough days!
Here, we practice:
*Showing up even when we’re not “perfect”
*Resting without guilt
*Letting progress be enough
*Listening to our own needs
*Being kind to ourselves along the way
You don’t have to fix yourself to belong here, you already belong.
I’m glad you’re here. We will rise together slowly, steadily, and with compassion.
