Breakfast one of the most controversial meals of the day!

Honestly its up to you.
I typically have coffee and then a few hours later a breakfast. Week days usually an apple and protein shake then weekends well I need to get better with this again. Working on egg whites, turkey sausage links, and 20g Chobani greek yogurt. That way I start my day with minimum 20-50g protein.
Whats important is to get "enough" protein with each meal along with more nutrient dense foods. Easier said than done because lets be real, they just don't taste as appealing.
