Is there such thing as a brain overload?
There must be.
It’s how I’m feeling lately, the past few weeks. Brain is firing in many directions and spread thin on power. Where to start? What to do now? I don’t feel like it?
The self talk to just do whatever I think I should is 60/40 depending on the task at hand. Sooo frustrating!
When my week seems very out of routine or chaotic this tends to happen. I must choose where I focus, along with where, and when to go into a sleep mode. To get by and reserve my sanity. Real life!
