The Reset & Receive Moment
  1. Sit comfortably and take one slow breath in… then out.
  2. Name 3 things you’re grateful for right now in this moment—big or small.
  3. Place your hand on your heart and say softly:“I am open to good things finding me today.”
  4. Smile gently, even if you don’t feel like it yet—your nervous system will respond.
This resets your energy and opens your day with intention, not pressure.
