Hi everyone! I’m Jacquelyne Marie Cassella — JMC, founder of Rise & Align™ and author of the upcoming memoir From the Ashes.
I’m so glad you’re here.
You may know me as JMC The Phoenix.
The Phoenix represents resilience, renewal, transformation, and the courage to rise again. It has become a powerful symbol of my own journey and of something I believe deeply:
Where we’ve been may shape us, but it does not have to define where we’re going.
Like many of you, I’ve experienced seasons of adversity, change, uncertainty, reinvention, and new beginnings. Through those experiences, I discovered that sometimes the chapters we never would have chosen become the very chapters that reveal who we are—and who we’re capable of becoming.
That journey is part of what inspired me to create Rise & Align™.
Rise & Align is a space for people who are ready to move forward intentionally—to embrace their story, discover what matters now, reconnect with their purpose, and create their next chapter.
Our journey is simple:
RISE from where you’ve been.
ALIGN with who you’re becoming.
THRIVE with intention.
And I’m not here because I have every answer. I’m here to walk this journey alongside you, share what I’ve learned, create meaningful conversations, and build a community where we challenge and encourage one another to keep moving forward.
