Hello everyone. I don't have my act together to properly celebrate Kwanzaa but I do like to reflect on the principles. How to build a business that follows these principles? The official site defines it as "a firm dependable togetherness that is born, based and sustained in action."
What are our interests as a community? How to incorporate rise and lift? I am reflecting on what does it mean to be in active solidarity as a business? One of the main reasons that I want to be successful is to be able to help others. Even if it means passing around that same twenty bucks, I don't ever want to act like a crab in a barrel. I want to operate from a space that there is enough for everyone and we take care of each other.
