Try it!
Here's something you can use in the next 10 minutes: a simple formula for turning your community work into a real impact statement, the kind you can actually put in a board deck, an RFP response, or a client conversation.
The formula: "By embedding [community action or social cause] into [where it lives in your business], we empower our [employees/team] to [benefit for the client or community], directly resulting in [measurable outcome]."
Example: "By embedding sustainable sourcing into our core supply chain, we empower our consulting teams to deliver greener logistics solutions to our clients, directly resulting in a 20% reduction in partner carbon footprints and a renewed pride in our internal workforce."
That's it. One sentence that connects what you're doing, who it's for, and why it matters, instead of three separate talking points that never quite land together.
Try it right now with your own program. Fill in the blanks and post your version below. I want to see what you come up with.
Keep a look out for more Try It posts! You won't be disappointed.
