Date's fast approaching, should we begin planning something?
Happy to do the organisation here, just need to have some clear idea of what we need to get sorted. I had thought a cool plan would be...
Saturday:
- Arrange a nice office space in a cool spot for presentations
- Grab traditional Brazilian food after, perhaps in a churrascaria
Sunday:
- Morning hike to a waterfall
- Down for lunch at the beach
- Sunset at Arpoador
This would mean we get both time being professional and time doing fun activities!
If we're happy with something like this I just need to know some numbers and budget for the Saturday activities.
