Not able to access videos

Hi Guys I joined membership through the free trial yesterday and I'm afraid I can't see most of the videos. They are saying they are locked and will be unlocked later like after 2, 3 or even 7-8 days.

Is this how the system works or is there a glitch for me?

Can someone please help🙂
