Life Update
I don't know if I should even call this a life update, its more of a recalibration and relaunch.
Once upon a time there were two women who had the audacity to think they could change the world. They started out all-in, as so many do when setting out on a new adventure. But, things happen and one of the friends was left to change the world on her own. It was overwhelming work. Seemingly too big for just one person she thought. So she left the work behind. Then one day years later, she's watching the turmoil happening everywhere and thinks to herself, "I wish someone would do something". The something was the big idea her and her friend started. The she remembered one of her favorite sayings, "One person can do so much", and also remembered the phrase, "If you build it, they will come". People came before, they will come again, so she's not really building alone, is she?
I know, I added a little something to this post because I love to write and I was in the mood. I'm feeling good in my soul. I had a spiritual exhale. I needed it. I've been holding so much in for a long long time, and this project was something big to hold onto because I KNEW I had to do it. I finished all the pieces this morning, and now it's time to build. Literally and figuratively. It's not a lot, it's just right. ☺️
